I think it's called single payer health system.

My drug plan per month cost was $16 last year, $21 this year, and will
go to $38 next year.  This year I used $60 worth of drugs.  $48 was
out of pocket, and Humana paid $12.  That doesn't make sense  except I
was told if I don't buy a plan now that if I need it later I can't get
it.  My supplemental plan went up a bunch last May, and will no doubt
do so again next May.
