[owen] I voted

G'day All,

Washington State uses a mail in ballot system.  Vicky and I were able to
vote last week and send them in.  I like this system better than the stand
in line system that Vermont and many others States use.  I'm afraid my man
Bob Barr has little chance.  Oh well.
