Kathleen's mother had a sister named Lema.  Wonderful woman. 
 Late in her first pregnancy, the doctor came to her husband Jim and
said, "You can have your baby, or you can have your wife.  You 
can't have them both."    Jim chose his wife. The doctor dismembered the 
unborn and removed it.  Aunt Lema later gave birth to a healthy girl.
