Here is a handy tool for determining how much money your school district
lost because of the education construction funding that was cut in the
recently passed stimulus bill.

Select your state, say, Texas.  Then type in your school district, say,
Waco, and you'll see how much was lost because of that one cut - Waco's was
8.1 million dollars.  Here in La Porte the amount cut was almost 1 million
dollars - I know that money would have had a stimulative effect here.
