Seems to me that Beatrice and Susan don't understand the game
played here.  They write as if information matters, as if direct experience
with issues informs their thoughts.  Someone needs to tell them this
is a forum for the exchange of opinions, the wilder the better, the 
more unencumbered with reliable information the better. And second
and third hand opinions are especially good here.
