Uncle Lawrence,
I left out a key word in my sweeping generalization and condemnation of government/tax payer funded services.  Efficiency.  What has the Federal Government ever done efficiently.... The District of Columbia spent over thirteen thousand of your dollars per student, in the school year 2001-2002.

With that kind of money, I hope they were picking those kids up in limos and treating them to sirloin and prawns for lunch every day....
And yet, some of us are willing to trust those crooks with our very lives....I don't get it.

On a lighter note, Cheetos have now become an assault weapon.  Look out for the Obama admin to start trying to find a way to regulate cheesy snacks.  It's for the good of the people you know?  You don't want your hard earned dollars to go to the healing of wounds caused by Cheeto dust, do ya?
