[owen] circumventing the constitution

So liberals circumvent the constitution??  Such as the 
following notable liberals:
    --  Richard Nixon coverning up the crimes now named Watergate;
    -- Ronald Reagan giving congress the finger and letting his flunkies
        do deals with Iran and the Contras;
    --  Bush I pardoning the criminals who had served Reagan;
    --  Bush II authorizing the use of torture, tapping phone calls, inventing
        evidence to support his war, etc.  
Fine liberals all.
